Kraus Receives Prestigious Award!
Telaysia Kraus was nominated by Dr. Zimmer for the Carter G. Woodson Scholar Award. It was revealed at the FHS Academic Awards night that Telaysia won!
The Carter G. Woodson Scholar Award is named after Dr. Carter G. Woodson, the founder of Black History Month and a Berea College alumnus. Woodson Scholars are African American juniors who are active in their community, school, civic, and/or church organizations, and have a cumulative unweighted high school GPA of 3.4 or
higher.
Telaysia will receive a free laptop and free tuition to Berea College!
